This boat is docked at a very nice marina with large swimming pool , hot tub, grills & workout room. . My boat slip has cabletv, high speed internet .

History - Over the last 8 years , my family ( wife & 2 kids ( 7, 10 ) & I have been visiting the beach "Morehead city/ Beaufort / Atlantic beach area. Would like to keep the boat , however need to find a partnership or sell it to reduce expenses . This boat is a great beginner yacht and easy to handle fo its size . Great for cruising the ICW or just achoring out over a weekend. It's not good for offshore fishing ! Top speed is about 20 knots, however I enjoy just cruising about 8 kts . I also have a small 14ft carolina skiff which I tow or use for playing around the sound and island hopping. The big boat is primarly being used as condo, and day cruising.
